Cleanser:
- Take a handful of oats and soak it in 1-2 tbsp of lukewarm water for 2-3 minutes.
- During that time, wash your face with lukewarm water.
- Take the soaked oatmeal and use it the same way you use a scrub to wash your face.
- Do this for 1-2 minutes and rinse as usual.
Mask:
- Wash your face with lukewarm water.
- Combine yogurt, honey and oats into a paste.
- Using a clean brush, apply the paste onto your face and neck.
- Leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
- Dab the paste off with a sponge.
You'll be shocked at how smooth and soft your face will feel after doing this.
NOTE:
- Honey is good for treating acne.
- Steaming your face, prior to the application of the mask is highly recommended.
